Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects on the movement of the watch for 1 year.
It does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to manufacturer defects.
Caution is advised when handling watches. Applying excessive force such as through rough play or catching of the watch may lead to unintended detachment of the watch band from the buckle or case connection pin. It's recommended to use under supervision to ensure the watch's integrity and longevity. We can offer discounted replacement bands if required due to one of these unfortunate incidences (conditions apply).
Returns & Refunds
We do offer refunds on items that are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

All return shipping costs are handled by the customer, with the exception of warrantied, defective or incorrectly sent items.
